Applications for the September 2021 Programme in Data-Centric Engineering NOW OPEN!

Queen Mary has been awarded £1.6m by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) to run a pilot doctorate programme in data-centric engineering designed to provide those with industrial experience with a way into postgraduate research.
Funded positions are now available for students who have been out of academia for more than three years.
If you intend to submit an application to our programme, you are strongly encouraged to attend our pre-application workshops (part 1 and part 2). Recordings of the workshops will be available on this page shortly after the event for those who are not able to attend.
Part 1 Workshop: Developing your Career in Data-Centric Engineering
This workshop will take place on 30th March, and will be repeated on 8th April:

This workshop will take place on 13th April, and will be repeated on 21st April:

Please note that this is not a distance learning programme. Due to the nature and aims of our programme, we expect candidates to be living in the UK at the time of application, throughout the programme (for taught courses, placements, and training activities), and after completion and award.
